The hotel doesn't live up to its expectations for the high prices charged. Early check in wasn’t available as an option. Breakfast could be improved in many ways by having warm plates, and heating for the warm food. Limited options available. Juices were not cold. Other hotel guests were smoking on their balcony and we could smell the smoke coming into our room when we were enjoying the view from our balcony.

5 stars for the location. No hotel in the region can beat this view. The hotel itself is OK. Seems a bit outdated in parts and could use a refresh soon. I was unhappy about the lobby toilets in which there was a smell of urine during my whole stay. The rooms are good, though the A/C was a bit weak. Breakfast is barely ok for a 4* hotel. Come at 9:30 and don't expect to get any more tortilla or eggs for example. Does the job however. You'll be fine and you'll know what you paid for, the view.

Noise- drilling all morning cannot open your window for fresh air. Constant maintenance sounds. Fairground underneath very loud. Reception staff- gave my passport and personal details to another customer by accident. Did not allow early check in even by 30 minutes. Thought I had a twin room and tried to charge for extra 40 euros for a double room when I had already booked a double room. Room- nice but no iron Breakfast- very nice Bar- asked for a drink, it didn’t come and nobody to serve on arrival. Transport- middle of no where. If it rains taxis won’t come up the mountain and reception staff won’t help. Stranded basically or you better walk one hour with no pedestrian path up the mountain. Views- stunning
