Friendly staff, always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. Rooms are well proportioned for working and relaxing. The whole place is kept spotlessly clean. The downside is that the room Wifi tends to be unreliable at times, especially during peak times when there are more users. WiFi signal strength depends on which room you are in. Also, for some reason, the LG televisions don't connect to the hotel's WiFi either, so viewing stuff on YouTube or other apps is a problem. Generally, the Wifi and television system needs some improvement. The breakfast has improved since the hotel changed from Adagio to Mercury. Much better, but some other hot food options would be nice. The quality of the scrambled and fried eggs depends on the time when you arrive - the earlier the better!

Excellent location and clean rooms. However some basics were missing. No hand towels, which I had to ask for and limited bath towels. No soap or other toiletries, no water or a simple cup that I had to ask. Also had to request pillows and a bed cover. The "plus" for this hotel is the people working in the reception. They were genuine and did everything possible to accommodate our needs.

Spacious room with a kitchenet was a big plus. Good room service. Close to shopping mall. Internet in the room very weak/not working at all, which is a problem while working. Hard to communicate, not many spoke english at the reception desk. Gym equipped more for cardio
