Ignore the negative reviews here. We have stayed for 3 nights and eaten some phenomenal food in the restaurant and room service. Probably the best seasoned steak to ever pass my lips. The FOH staff are friendly attentive and efficient. The rooms are nice ,clean, modern and airy. Would return
I was surprised that the bed was a murphy bed but it comfortable. The AC worked well and the shower was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I would make sure that you lock the balcony door as mine was not locked when I arrived. The lobby could use a bit of help but its clean and the people were helpful and friendly. Not back for them money..
When I arrived in the evening afer receiving an email confirming my reservaion, I found out ther was no room for me. After arguing with the recptinist and the manager, I was given a handciapped person room. As I was waiting for my room, I saw otehr people (men) be given their booked rooms. I was told they has a "different type of reservation. I wondered if I was a men I would have been given my room. Finally, the the manager gave me a discount on my reservation and as I had no choice and it was late, I stayed.
