Mercure Sao Paulo Pamplona Hotel

Comfortable room for 3 people. Is a small hotel but they serve a wide spread for breakfast. Good shower. Safe area to walk to supermarket and nearby restaurant. Friedly staff

Great Location and very nice room, with conformable beds. Toilet could be cleaner, there's some mold growing in the shower. The toilet cover top was broken. Breakfast has nice options and is tasty. Staff could be more helpful with early check-in. Even the standard check-in was 30min late.

Great bedroom size and layout (privilege bedroom), perfect for remote working with comfortable working desk and chairs for two people, wifi connection is strong and reliable (except at the rooftop/pool area), great neighborhood with everything short walking distance (supermarket, drugstore, restaurant, pub, coffee shop, shopping mall, subway, taxi stop), safe area (no problems at all during our stay), very friendly and attentive front desk staff. The only issue was that the toilet was not completely flushing, which was frustrating, even though the hotel maintenance was always available to fix right away when we called. It couldn’t get fixed permanently, showing that the hotel needs to enhance its plumbing maintenance. We would still come back again, but will check the toilet condition upon check in the bedroom.
