Mercure Sapporo

An elegant and nice hotel in the heart of Susukino. The room was clean, modern, and spacious by Japanese standards, with plush bedding and tasteful decor. The bathroom was stylish, bright and fully equipped with quality amenities. Breakfast was varied and satisfying, with both Western and traditional Japanese selections. Hotel staff were also good and attentive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent access to shopping, dining, and public transport.

This hotel is in a great location in Susukino. A few minutes away from both the subway station and the street car. The bus to and from the airport is two crosswalks away. So many options to eat and drink right around the area. Hotel and the room were clean and well-maintained. Also convenient to have coin laundry in the building. Great value for the price, would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Mercure Sapporo by end On March and had such a great experience. The hotel is in the heart of the city, super convenient to go everywhere. We got a room upgrade and enjoyed great perks as a Platinum member—one of the best was being able to skip the breakfast line, which really helped during the busy mornings. One of the receptionists was Indonesian, and it felt so nice to be able to chat in our language. He was super friendly and explained a lot about Sapporo since it was my first time there—I felt very welcomed. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of variety. The room was clean, cozy, and really comfortable. Overall, loved the stay and would definitely come back.
