I stay at the Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera every time I’m in Jakarta for business—even when my meetings take me far out of the way. That’s how much I value the exceptional staff and amenities at this property. From the moment I check in, Datno and Fitra at the front desk make me feel welcome and recognized, always going above and beyond to ensure a smooth arrival. Regina in the dining area remembers exactly how I like my coffee and makes every breakfast feel personalized and enjoyable—she truly sets the tone for the day. The housekeeping staff on the 5th floor, especially Reysa and Farrid, deserve special recognition for their outstanding attention to detail. They ensure my room is immaculate every time—taking care of the smallest touches and maintaining a level of cleanliness and order that goes well beyond expectations. Fast check in on the reception desk. The room is clean and comfy. Nice touch with the welcome snacks and greeting card message. Need to be improve is the water pressure on the shower and to check the shower's drain. No sign board or switch button for signage : do not disturb and make up the room? Drinking water is provided and can be refill self service from the water dispenser. Available on all floors. Staffs are helpful and corteous. Nice touch on the door stopper, so we can load unload the luggages into the room without difficulties.
Honest Review Terrible experience staying here. We stayed in room 721 and dropped off our laundry on Friday. By early Sunday morning, our clothes were still missing. When we asked for a record, they only had the history of when the laundry was picked up. There was no record at all of when it was delivered. The most embarrassing part is that a hotel of Mercure’s standard doesn’t have a proper delivery record for laundry service! The laundry pickup staff named Dewan and the person in charge, Mr. Edi, only said they were “looking into it,” but when asked for proof of their investigation, they had nothing to show. Be very careful if you use the laundry service here—especially if you’re handing over valuable clothing.
