From the moment I arrived I received such a warm welcome, Chris from H World Group, who is actually Malay and spoke English and also Mandarin was happy to assist with all enquiries ensuring a seamless checkin. The rooms are lovely, so modern and clean, very high tech with push button light switches all in English as well, electric curtains, massive TV in the room, potions and lotions all supplied. The only problem I've noticed is the location on Google maps is off, not sure if someone could address this, I'll include a pin drop of where the hotel actually is. The hotel is a bit east of the city center but if you're looking for something away from all the commotion after a day in down town Shanghai this place is perfect.
