The check-in was good. Staff were unable to speak English. You will always need to use translator in your phone. Room was fab. Breakfast was good.
Nice hotel. Near by to laoximen metro station. There is a laundry room. It's help us to laundry your clothes and pants. Staff also helpfull when I want to heating my food. Basically am happy to staying here.
This hotel is not Accor managed. Reception staff are very busy and not friendly. Rooms were quite outdated. The first room had a cigarette smell, so requested for a room change. TV in room turned on by itself. Except for Housekeeping was good. Would not recommend staying here.
