Mercure Sibiu Arsenal

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Mercure Sibiu Arsenal and had an exceptional experience throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, their attentiveness and warmth made me feel truly welcome. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere after long days of sightseeing. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was another highlight. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety — from fresh pastries and local specialties to hot dishes and great coffee. A perfect way to start the day! The location was also ideal — within easy walking distance to Sibiu's charming Old Town, yet in a peaceful spot away from the crowds. It was the perfect base for exploring the city’s historic streets, squares, and museums. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sibiu.

Very amiable personnel. Comfortable beds, Big rooms. The balconies are great addition. Good breakfast that is being server earlier than most accommodations.

Located in a quiet suburban area of the city next to a luscious park. The hotel can be busy with conference guests. Room is not very spacious but can still accommodate 2 large suitcases. The pool and gym is on the ground floor behind the reception area. Take note the opening hours (close 2100h) and they are accessed by locker rooms segregated for men and women. There is a billard table before the entrance to the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the fresh fruits.
