Mercure Singapore Bugis

The Mercure Hotel Bugis was a great choice for our stay in SG. The location is fantastic, very close to Bugis Street Market, Bugis Mall, etc, and easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. My room is mezzanine type. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The staff were so so 😅 if you’re Indonesian people, don't expect to get a friendly attitude like in Indonesia 🤭, but they’re always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel also boasts a lovely swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

Great hotel located in a great part of Singapore. Only issue with hotel was the location of the laundry. The washer and dryer are located outside beside the pool. This means that taking laundry out can be quite burdensome in the summer. Additionally, there is no lighting at the laundry area, which means during the night you need to bring your phone to be able to see. This seems quite dangerous.

Booked a signature room for a one night staycation (Accor points redemption) and was given a loft room which was interesting. The queen bed was on the mezzanine floor and a soft bed on the main floor. Despite being located on a high floor, water pressure in the shower was wonderfully strong for a nice cold shower after a long day out. There is also a purified water dispenser in the room for hydration. Complimentary on site parking (two tickets per day) was a plus point. The hotel is also conveniently located in Bugis within walking distance to malls and other attractions. Overall it was a great stay and met all expectations.
