Loving our stay at Mercure Liverpool Sydney! The double queen room was clean, spacious & comfy, with nice modern touches. Great lighting, plush beds & a quiet, relaxing vibe. The dining area downstairs is beautiful—stylish, warm & inviting. Staff were friendly & helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good afternoon. I would like to apologise for not replying earlier tot your email. We had a wonderful stay at your hotel in April. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We very much appreciated the room upgrade. We come to visit relatives at Prestons quite often every year and your hotel is our go to. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel. Hotel is nice, with lots of food options. Location is great too with lots of parking. As a 4-star hotel, I expected more though but the hotel did not have the basic ones we usually find in hotels or motels, such as the toaster, microwave or utensils. If you have your own food and need to warm it up, there is nothing you can use. Overall, the stay is still great.
