What a great hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful goes a long way. The rooms were clean, comfy and well equipped. The front desk coffee and sandwich bar was a nice, welcome touch. Buffet breakfast was stock standard offering, however, the chef did an outstanding job as the food was always hot, tasty, fresh, topped up, arranged thoughtfully and each station was neat and tidy. Well done! Highly recommend this place if you have business around the Macquarie University area.

My Dad is in the hospital right now so our stay was not particularly a happy one. In saying that, the Mercure was great! Excellent service, friendly staff, safe accommodation. The bed i slept in was Amazing! I thought my bed at home was great but I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Mum felt the same apart from having a bit of trouble getting into it (some short legs in my family!) Breakfast was included in our stay. WOW, it was awesome. There was a bit of everything and one of the cooks Chris? I think, was so friendly and warm and accommodating to any needs. Thank you! The chai lattes were great, I had several of them! We were close to the hospital which was our main purpose being there. Mum can't walk too far but she managed that so I was very happy. Thank you again everyone who served us. I recommend the Mercure, 10/10 😊
