Mercure Sydney Parramatta

Seabreeze Hotel & Spa was the highlight of our summer vacation. We stayed 6 nights with two kids. The family room was bigger than expected and had two TVs and even a small kitchen corner. The kids loved the pool and kids’ club. My partner and I enjoyed the spa — massages were excellent. The buffet breakfast had so many options, including gluten-free. They even packed us sandwiches for our early flight. That’s service!

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel and although the restaurant wasn't open the night that we stayed, the staff were amazing and their recommendations of where to go were fabulous. Would totally recommend staying at this hotel in this location. So central to all our needs.

Absolutely appalling!! Room partially cleaned, my toddler found a used condom next to the bed just after check-in. I went to the front desk where the lady didn’t really care “I can send the cleaners back” and I asked for a new room. I was given a new room, slightly better decor but the heater doesn’t work, it’s freezing in the room, the bathroom is mouldy in parts Definitely avoid this place! I personally will be avoiding all Mercure chains from now on
