Mercure Sydney

Was only here for a weekend trip but check in was overall what stood out the most for us. After a long, exhausting day, (especially with an infant), especially with flights and having to get our rental, our check in with one of the receptionist name Patricia, overall was amazing! She checked us in and made everything so seamless for us, which we were overall thankful for. I cannot thank her enough for her amazing service. She also, was able to help add our breakfast to our booking just to make things easier for us. Also, massive shout out to the concierge (sorry I’m unsure of their names) but they were super helpful with all our luggage. Breakfast, as well, was absolutely amazing! Honestly, I love that everything was so well maintained and so fresh. Definitely will have to be back again! Thank you Mecure Sydney, the team were truly amazing!!!

We stayed for a short city break for our little family, enjoyed the close access to public transport. We found all staff to be friendly and approachable, the facilities were great, experienced the pool upstairs which my son loved, had a buffet breakfast one morning. The rooms were small, but it was all we really needed. Parking was easy as, a little pricey but the multiple entries was useful as was the convenience of having my car with me to help my aged parents. The bathroom was OK, we found the lack of shower screen a little irritating as water went everywhere, but we just used the towels. All in all, a good stay in a well located hotel with all that was needed.

Great location, perfect for winter get away with the kids swimming in the indoor pool. Buffet breakfast had a good variety. Room and beds comfortable. Only down fall was some rubbish not cleaned up from previous stay between beds and side table.
