Mercure Tangerang BSD City

This was our first time staying at Mercure BSD, and it was truly a pleasant experience. Everyone on the team was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ms. Raj at the reception, who assisted us smoothly during both check-in and check-out. Her warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. We look forward to coming back again!

Stayed here for business and the room was upgraded to junior suite due to my membership status. All staff were friendly but too many junior staff (staff on training) compared to the fully trained ones. The hotel was representative to Mercure brand. The lobby was not spacious, but clearn and quite aesthetic. Not so many facilities were available. Many arcade games were on maintenance. The room was very spacious and left a good first impression. However, some amenities did not meet my expectations. Towels looked old and dull. Notepad and pen were not provided — I did ask the room service and they said they did not provide. No body lotion provided. Room make up was below standard. They didn’t change the towel and foot mat although there were stains of use. Coffee capsules were not replenished. Cleaning was generally not thorough. Considering the facilities and overall experience, I feel that the rate was a little too high.

Staying here for a week during my last business trip. Location is good but abit far away from city. Easy access to the new highway. The township is very modern and well organised. Hotel location is strategic, walking distance to the Aeon Mall and easily get food for dinner. Morning is easy to walk and running around the hotel area. Room is spacious and modern. It comes with good size of the room. Breakfast is kind of simple and mainly local food. The Gym is pretty small with very simple equipment. Need to pass by the restaurant only can access to it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall a good stay in this hotel.
