First of all, I must say the location of the hotel is fantastic — everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and have a modern design. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We came to Tbilisi for a vacation to celebrate my hubby's birthday, and they even prepared a surprise for him! It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Special thanks to Dachi, Luka, and Guantsa for going the extra mile. Everything was perfect. You guys are amazing — go team Mercure!
We stayed at the Mercure Tbilisi for 2 nights during our stay in Georgia. It is located at a perfect location, 2-5 minutes walk to all major attractions. The staff was very helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs. One of the receptionists even pulled out her personal money for our taxi ride as we didn't have the local currency. She called it Georgian hospitality, so kind! Love this place, highly recommend, and will stay again!
I would like to sincerely thank the hotel team! The managers and the leadership were incredibly accommodating and turned our romantic getaway into a truly unforgettable experience. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a wonderful gesture. For a very reasonable price, we received far more than we could have expected! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and from now on, it’s the only place I’ll stay in Tbilisi. Thank you so much!
