Mercure Tirana

Stayed 1 night after landing in Tirana. And it's great experience. The room is good. We had dinner and enjoyed some drinks. Very nice ones. The breakfast is simple and nice one. The reception is also very professional and nice. Help us to contact the person in charge that handle our lost baggage at the airport. Very high recommended to stay here when you visit Tirana.

Thank you for the early check in and to the kind lady running breakfast for her help with birthday recommendations. This person is exceptional! Our room was spectacular, large, very comfy with a spacious balcony. The pool is stunning! Moving forward, we suggest an improved menu in the lovely restaurant as the location is out of town and taxis are required for city centre sightseeing. Reception staff are gracious and very helpful with taxis and recommendations. I would stay here again for the pool even though its on the motorway and not city centre.

The staff at this hotel are really friendly. We stayed here twice while in Albania, the first time for several days. The reception staff were always helpful, and the breakfast ladies were so kind and genuinely interested in our trip, which was a lovely touch. Sometimes it was a bit hard to get service in the restaurant, but that may have been because we went at odd times. All the food was excellent, especially the prawn tagliatelle. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool doesn’t have a bar as suggested in the listing, but that wasn’t a big deal.
