Our first time in japan and we were lucky enough to book this hotel. The trip, which started not particularly well with the airline losing our luggage, which means we had to go go shopping on our first day... and the hotel is just in a great shopping district. Also staff went out of their way to help us talking with the airline to get our luggage back. Also the hotel seems quite new and well maintained. Anyway, for a family vacation the only thing we really missed was a lack of pool, which kids love, but that isn't a deal breaker when visiting japan
Very nice located hotel - 2min walk from Shimbashi train station. Rooms are very well decorated with high level equipments. Breakfast is a good combination of Japanese and Western foods. Lounge is a good spot to relax with a lovely drink before going out again. Staff is very professional and welcoming. A nice fitness room is also available with what it needs to be efficient. I will be back for sure in this hotel.
First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness throughout my stay! The rooms were comfortable, I slept extremely well during these 3 nights, no noise, no technical problems, everything was functional. This was my first stay in Tokyo and I am leaving with wonderful memories and you are part of them! I recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
