Location is excellent for shopping and having a good time. Lots of food spots and good vibes around. The staff is amazing. We had some personal issues with our passport while shopping. They helped us when in need. The staff at the bar had friendly conversation with our kids to keep my occupied while working through personal issue. Highly recommended spot. Laundry In the room is a plus when on a multi week vacation with teenagers.

We loved so much about this hotel. The location is incredible, right by all the areas of Osaka we wanted to spend the most time and close to key transport routes. As others have commented, the light level is low but it fits the vibe of what is a very cool hotel. We borrowed an LED-lit mirror from reception to help with make-up etc. We found the staff very friendly and attentive, and were more than happy to help with our needs. The breakfast is not worth the price paid, limited tables and food options - we opted for breakfasts from nearby convenience stores other a couple of occasions.

On first impression, the hotel looks very chic and sleek. The lobby and second floor lounge area are really nice but the rest was just so-so. The rooms are way too dark The lighting is terrible. They are also so tiny that the combination just makes you happy to get out of there. Managing our luggage and getting around each other was frustrating. The sink is in the main part of the room which is pretty disruptive to others if you need to wash your hands while they're sleeping. Our room was clean and we had a laundry machine which were the main highlights. The room cleaning staff were helpful.
