Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint Georges Hotel

Excellent from beginning to end. Brilliant friendly efficient staff in reception, housekeeping, bar and breakfast. We would definitely come back again if in Toulouse. Central location is brilliant. Nice pool and bar area. Front of house showed us some great places to visit locally. Breakfast had vast selection, you won’t need lunch!! Well done hotel team all round!! 👍😊

We loved this hotel as a family of four travelling with a large group. The kids were made to feel very welcome and the location was absolutely amazing! Seconds from the best croissants ever! The city pool facilities were brilliant for us for cool offs and sundowners. And the staff were all lovely. A gorgeous sunset view from our spacious room. Good gym facilities and our room was so clean and beautiful each day. Thank you to the staff. The decor in public areas is gorgeous. The rooms and hallways are a little tired in comparison but nothing that would stop me booking again. Excellent hotel

The good. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and well presented. The not so good. Advertised on the wall in front as a 4 Star property. This is a minimalist 2 Star property. Rooms are small, as expected, and clean. However, there is zero storage, no shelves, no drawers, no cabinets, and one small closet only for hanging with no shelves. There are no amenities in the bathroom except paper cups and liquid soap. Conclusions: we're more disappointed because of expectations. Would I stay here again? Yes, if I had known it was minimalist in advance. It's not a bad place!
