Smooth checking, receptionist professional and helpful, room as expected as this is our second stay. Comfortable hotel, easy to find, private parking, no problem at all.
Adequate for a night stopover as part of a long trip. Big car parks albeit small bays. EV charging was out of order, so had to go elsewhere for that, which was inconvenient as we chose this stop off for that facility. Breakfast good and plentiful.
It's a 4 star hotel but basic amenities like tea cups, soap , body lotion, hair conditioner, iron are not available in the standard rooms. And when we enquire about this at the reception we are mistreated. Really not a very "mercure" or accor experience. ( for the rude behavior it was particularly one gentlemen in the reception, the rest of the staff were nice)
