I had a wonderful stay at the hotel everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. The room was clean and spacious, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is truly elegant in every sense — from the moment you walk in, you feel the attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. The rooms are very comfortable, the service is prompt and professional, and everything is designed to make guests feel relaxed and satisfied. What really stood out to me was the front desk staff member, Yara. She was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and professional. Her warm smile and courteous manner made check-in smooth and pleasant. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, and her genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. This is a place I would gladly return to. Had a great stay! Lovely location with beautiful views and spacious rooms. The staff were super friendly — special thanks to the night shift receptionist for his kind and helpful attitude when my card didn’t go through. He let my family go up to the room because it was cold — such a nice gesture! The restaurant was excellent, tasty food available 24/7, and breakfast was full of good options. Room service was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Trabzon!
