Mercure Value Riyadh Hotel

The rooms are spacious enough however the furniture is old and needs renovation especially the showers. They should definitely increase the level of the cleanliness and personnel. The kitchen (judging the breakfast buffet) is very average. The front desk employees are very friendly and professional. That's the main reason this hotel got a 3 stars rating.

Good hotel in the outskirts of Riyadh. The rooms were a little worn out, but still ok. Cleanliness inside of the rooms was ok, but there were some stains. Breakfast buffet was good, but the coffee could be better. Friendly staff with quick service. The hotel is a decent choice if you need to do something in the area. Currently there is a huge construction site in front of the hotel.

Worst place to stay. They charge like a 4 star place but the rooms are worse than a 1 star place. Dirty floors, stinky bathrooms with rusted faucets. Old TV in sitting room without any HDMI connectivity. To get Wifi signal in the room I was given, I had to stand next to the entrance. I had zero Wifi signal in the bedrooms. I booked for 4 nights but could not stay there for more than couple of hours. They didn't even refund the rest of the nights. Very poor customer service! Friendly advice: Stay away from this one, there are quite a few good ones in the same vicinity.
