The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The selection for breakfast was excellent. Basically a continental style breakfast but with selection of hot foods, baked goods, fruits, yogurts, and drinks. Located within an easy walk to old town, the opera house, and casino.
Perfect location Thermal "les dômes" 5 meters distance directly linked to the Mercure. To do nice and deluxe shopping 5 minutes Restaurants 5 minutes Casino 7 minutes I love this hôtel. When refurbishment will be finished ( no noise at present time) it will be with the new swimming pool a "dream"
Very old hotel, in really poor shape. There are stains on the carpet everywhere and it's just overall quite dirty and sad looking in the common area's. Not worth the price at all. The information on the website regarding access to the thermal baths is misleading. Booking a room here does NOT give you access to the thermal baths and the hotel can not arrange this for you.
