Mercure Vienna First

This Mercure hotel looks and feels more like an MGallery than a Mercure hotel, it's that good! The staff are incredible! The front office staff were always really polite and friendly and, when we forgot a shirt in the room, they were even kind enough to send it to us by post, for which I am truly grateful! The location couldn't be better, the rooms have all you need (my advice: go for a Privilege room, you won't be disappointed) and the breakfast is great too. Exemplary loyalty treatment! Thank you for everything!

Large Suite which was well laid out and had plenty of space. Only concern with the room was the lack of lighting which meant that it was quite dark at times. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. All staff were very helpful without being intrusive. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna.

I recently stayed at Mercure Vienna First for 2 nights and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral and close to major attractions and public transport .  I stayed at the executive suite. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was clean .  The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze and providing helpful recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. Overall, my experience at Mercure Vienna First was impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna and will definitely return on my next trip.
