Great hotel great room great staff. Checked in on 8 july for 1 night
The Hotel Mercure Vittel was very nice, clean, cozy. We were very satisfied. The Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Thomas, Thibaut and Muhammed. We sincerely thank you all. The rooms were very cozy and clean. We can highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks for everything!
Overall good, descent breakfast and good area - But the hotel appears outdated when compared to current Mercure standards. The price is high for the overall experience provided. There's a lack of electric vehicle charging stations. The dining area (cantine) is significantly undersized, with only six tables, resulting in long wait times (up to 30 minutes) for seating. The parking situation is inconvenient, as the parking lot is located behind the hotel without direct access, requiring a walk around the block.
