There is a nearest shopping complex. Consider ok la. But nearby the hotel doesn't have convenient store.. and night time quit3 boring.🫣🫣 And somehow I put the "do not disturb" sign outside the door but the housekeeping still came in by themselves. Aiksss.. dangerous weii
A great warm, friendly and professional Hotel. We have stayed here a few times now and every time we are treated with so much respect and kindness. The Front Manager is amazing and treats you like a family member! The rooms are clean, with everything you need in a hotel at your finger tips. The breakfast is Top! with a huge Selection of different cuisines.You can even order to your own needs. Thank you to all the staff, with a special thanks to the Front Manager Steven! Who made our trip and stay ruly memorable.
Nobody speaks english, today i called 5 times and the girl in the phone Just ignored me without saying anything, this was for a really important matter since a friend of mine has her daughter staying in this hotel but She's not answering the phone for the last 2 days and we are trying to ask to the hotel about her, BUT THEY DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! IN A 4 STAR HOTEL IN THE CENTER OF BEIJING! They couldn't more incompetent Absolute zero preparation or skills for the job. The girl at the reception/call Center of today at around 11 pm Is not ready at all for being a receptionist
