Mercure Warszawa Centrum

Really loved the atmosphere of this hotel, the lobby was beautiful. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Was given a free drink voucher with check in and they offer free drinks for each day you don’t have your room cleaned which I thought was an awesome incentive. Staff was very friendly. Location was also great as it was near great restaurants, the mall, train station and the palace of culture and science.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Mercure hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was immediately made to feel at home.. My room was cleaned thoroughly each day, with great attention to detail. Towels were fresh, amenities were restocked promptly, and the bed was always perfectly made. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Thank you team Mercure.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The cleanliness was truly outstanding, everything was spotless! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant; it was delicious and nicely presented. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!
