Incredible service by the staff especially in the restaurant! Always willing to help and lend a hand, greeting us with a warm smile as we start our day. Those at the front desk are also super helpful and are always attentative to our needs. The rooms are very clean, comfy and well supplied especially the bathroom. The location is great! Close to tram and train stations and with a grocery nearby. Suggestions for improvement - please put an accessible ice machine so it's easier to get during hot summer days, and add a laundromat (self service).

The hygiene in hotel was superior. The design of the room and especially the bathroom and shower is outstanding. The most remarkable experience is the professionalism of the staff who were extremely friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to assist. All the receptionists were very professional and helpful, especially a lady with a dark hair ( too bad I forgot her name) but she does her work with willingness and passion. All on all, I highly recommend this hotel that is in a great location. The Danube river is less than a minute walk, and the town center is a 10 minute walk. The hotel is also surrounded with nice cafes and facilities.

Experience was good. Since my travel agency booked my hotel incorrectly, I literally walked up to this hotel at midnight and asked for a room for a week. Breakfast is generous. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but very easy walk to downtown core and to public transportation hubs.
