Had a great stay! Everything was super comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very well located - perfect for exploring the city. A special thanks to Oksana, who perfectly prepared and cleaned my room for early check-in - really appreciated that. The water dispensers on each floor are a really convenient idea. Highly recommended!
I travel to Wroclaw on business & always choose this hotel because it is consistently super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is really good and the wine bar food is fantastic. All the hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful but the ladies in the Wine bar deserve a special mention, especially Karolina Sz.
This hotel was very clean, my room was great, city views and a comfy bed. Loved that you could get sparkling or cold still water on each hotel floor, I was very lucky to have it right outside my room. There was a lovely terrace area on the 5th floor. I didn't eat here, so can't comment on food. Location was great just 8 mins walk to the main centre and trams right outside the hotel!. Would stay here again!
