Extremely clean place including hallways, staying unit, gym, pool and restaurant. All staff and genuinely kind and pretty conversant in English. I felt like staying at a favorite cousin’s home, a bit sad to leave in the end!
The service especially from the manager Mr. Aung Aye and his staffs were exceptional in providing services and problem-solving. We felt welcome and comfortable while staying there. Restaurant staff and foods were great. Room was nice and comfortable.
The hotel’s security staff is highly unprofessional, often displaying hostile attitudes and treating guests like potential thieves. While most of the other hotel staff warmly welcome customers, the negative experience with security overshadows this. Guests visit the hotel to spend money and enjoy their stay, not to be treated with suspicion. Many other hotels provide a far superior experience compared to this one.
