Had a lovely 2night stay at this hotel for our anniversary. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very nice and spotless and the food was gorgeous. The hotel is stunning and i would reccommend to anyone. Taxis are easily available and come in to foyer to advise they have arrived. We requested a ground floor room and was so happy they obliged. The general manager gave us his card if we needed anything. He was a lovely man as were all the staff. Really enjoyed our stay.
The location was great as we were using the park and ride each day, plus it was lovely grounds and nice and peaceful. Staff were lovely. Room was exactly as expected and’s was good to have a fan in there. Bed was pretty comfy. Only issue was there wasn’t much signal and the wifi in our room was VERY intermittent. Wouldn’t load much and often didn’t stay connected on either of our phones. This was fine as we were out all day but definitely needs improvement.
The location is good, the staff is nice and wait for our arrival even it's late near to midnight. The team is friendly. The hotel is authentic from old Manor house conversion. Breakfast are super good in a great dining room. Freshly squeezed orange juice available.
