Mercure Zurich City

Stylish, clean, and superbly located – highly recommended! Our stay at Mercure Zürich City was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with modern aesthetics and fresh interiors. Everything—from the lobby to the guest rooms—feels new, thoughtfully decorated, and extremely clean. It’s also very conveniently located: close to public transportation, which makes it easy to get around Zürich. There’s a supermarket and several restaurants just across the street, adding extra convenience to our stay. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Zürich. We highly recommend this hotel for its great design, cleanliness, and perfect location.

Spended total 3 nights in June 2025 for leisure reason in nice city of Zurich. The services from team members are second to none with Swiss touch. Highlight to Front Office Team, Lorenzo and one ladies Vietnamese - Swiss who are welcome me on arrival. As well the F&B team during breakfast services was great. Even the culinary team also present hospitality to guests. The vibe of property and location that 5 minutes walk to train station is very convenient.

The room was pleasant—very clean and sufficiently spacious. However, the towels provided were rather thin and small, the bathroom lighting was inadequate, and there was no telephone to contact reception. Additionally, amenities such as a minibar, safe, or iron were not available. The breakfast was generous, though the coffee was dispensed from a machine, and there was no option for cappuccino or caffè latte with alternative milk. Fortunately, I had brought my own milk, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, the entire hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness. In summary, while my stay was satisfactory, the services offered fall short of the standards typically associated with a four-star city hotel.
