Mere Sea View Penida

The staff were and are impeccable. Nothing was too hard for them. Serviced our room and kept it clean everyday without a single complaint. Just smiled and always treated us with respect and dignity the entire two weeks me and my husband were there. Good hearted staff. Breakfast on time every morning, if something was delayed they would apologise profusely even if something out of their control. Just the most hard working beautiful staff. A big Thank you to the main girls in reception who took care of our stay and always communicated with us with all things to do with the room, security, cleaning, scooter rental, food, everything. Please take care of them. Location a bit far from the main strip but that’s why we enjoyed the peace and quiet away from all the traffic noise and lights. It also made it an enjoyable scooter ride down the mountain to the main road. Food delivery by restaurants are still available to this location. I miss it already. The view of the ocean was incredible. The mountains and being up that high, waking up to that every morning was a feeling you can’t find just anywhere. Thank you team!!!

The rooms and view of the hotel is alright. But the hotel is very secluded place and no staff is present after 10 pm in the hotel. No security during night time. The wifi is not working properly and even long power and water cut happens. They failed to provide even plug for charging laptop. Not worth staying. Limited options for food.
