Modest hotel which reminds you of the 1980's, if there weren't a flatscreen TV in thr rooms. Great location and view, especially from the restaurant terrace, food is reasonably good, breakfast basic but nice. The pool is small, but works to do some short laps, unfortunately it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, which is a shame. Jacuzzi out of order too.
Nice hotel with clean and comfortable bed. The view and location are amazing. The breakfast was very good. Considering a refurbished building, some facilities are lacking e.g. no wet/dry area in the bathroom, weak wifi and odd location of the power outlets.
Maybe 4 Bulgarian stars... definitely not 4 stars. Very noisy area because of the motocicles passing by. Sound pollution in the entire city is like nowhere.
