Stay away from poker room as they cannot speak English fluently, in such an international poker room they don’t let players to talk in their own language, yes this is acceptable. However, what if dealers and floormen talk in their own language and they think players don’t understand? If there is only English speaking rule then you should hire proper English speaking dealers and floormen, moreover, they shouldn’t talk in their own language but English!and they shouldn’t have racist attitudes! In the end all players are customers and they should be treated the Merit quality way! It’s exactly opposite of Merit Hotel& Casinos quality!! Especially their attitude! They thought we don’t understand language they speak but we do, how come they talk between themselves in front of us like “he is making me crazy, do something and change his table” etc. It’s better if dealer and floormen talk in English and tell to my face! If they can!!! I will definitely tell people around me to stay away from there.
