Meritas Picaddle Resort Lonavala

Had a wonderful stay at Meritas Picaddle Resort in Lonavala! The location is absolutely prime – right in the heart of Lonavala, making it super convenient to get around and explore nearby attractions. One of the biggest highlights for us was the water park – it’s perfect for kids! There are several fun slides and splash zones, and the staff was very attentive, making sure everything was safe and clean. Our kids had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave the pool! The resort itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and good dining options. Whether you're planning a family getaway or a quick weekend trip, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend it for families with young ones!

The location is convenient, set in the marketplace with a few food options around, and the indoor play area with a pool and games was decent. But everything else was a letdown, especially for families with young kids. • We were given two single beds joined together instead of a proper double bed, and were told our 3-year-old could sleep in the gap between the two mattresses! • The cleaning was shockingly careless — used beer glasses from the night before were placed back without washing. I almost used one for my child the next morning, but luckily noticed the smell. • The water park was completely rusted and poorly maintained. Not safe for kids at all. • We requested scrambled eggs for our child, and were told the chef couldn’t make it — basic flexibility missing. Overall, this place might look fun from the outside, but is far from suitable for young children

We had ordered food for dinner and also ordered dosa in it, the Dosa came so tasteless and sweet, and we ordered dosa 3 times and they made the same sweet Dosa all three times. And there was no salt in the chutney also, very less salt was added, we complained to the manager but he did not read it at all, such was their behaviour.😡😡😡😡 And we spend so much money and come to eat food at the hotel. And here they feed such useless food to people. Local restaurants and roadside food are good, and this hotel with this name is fooling people by opening such a big hotel.
