We had a wonderful time at the Meriton Suites. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we asked for things like an extra blanket and pillow. The room had a lovely view of the river and felt spacious. We took one star off for location because at the time we were next to the construction of the new museum, but when this is completed it will only add to the appeal.
An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service at Meriton Suites Church Street, Parramatta, was truly five-star-attentive, friendly, and always professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with all the amenities you could ask for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Service: I had booked a stay at Meriton Suites on Church Street for business trip through a travel portal, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation. Thankfully, Danny was super helpful and managed to sort out a room for me even though they were fully booked. Room: The room provided was big and spacious. However, the bedsheets has some black stains. While the toilet/shower room has small flies.
