Loved our 4-night stay at Meriton Suites on Coward Street! The room was super spacious, had everything we needed, and was great value for money. The staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they let us store our bags after checkout which made things so easy before our flight. Would definitely stay here again!
The service is impeccable, truly the staff are so lovely and kind! But Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms and treat the drain flies! I killed 5 flies in my 2 night stay, and I always see them when I book this hotel.. The fabric headboards are much too dusty and lead to allergies.. please vacuum them more thoroughly.
Excellent location! Physical 2 bedroom apartments are great in layout BUT cleanliness was horrific. Yes, the team were responsive to my concerns but moving room for one night, with an early flight the only option after I was already eating dinner! It was impractical. It was my 1st stay with this group and in concept Meriton provide excellent accommodation options and competitive pricing BUT the cleanliness (i submitted photos directly) was a deal breaker.
