Hotel Merlin, Really Good approach and Treat well.all staffs kindly treated. Food is good and worthy. Safety is good. I'm many stay in this hotel. Late night check in also they are give and treated well... Nice Hotel Merlin...

Room service person forcefully picked my phone and gave the rating by himself. I didn't expect this rude behaviour from the employee. I edited the review later this is my actual review. Room service person abused me emotionally. Worst customer service, no cleanliness. Abusing the customer and they didn't follow any professional ethics. No hospitality. Don't choose this hotel....
