My experience at the Hilton Mersin was excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with a great location right by the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the views are wonderful. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and attentive, but I’d especially like to mention Berk, our waiter, who was always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude really made our experience special. I’d definitely recommend the Hilton Mersin to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding service!

I drove through Mersin in 2022 and decided to stay for a couple of nights. It turned out to be a great choice. the place had a lovely balcony, thoughtful welcome fruits, and tasteful decor. The atmosphere was modern and business-oriented, making it a comfortable and professional stay.

There were some rooms where the air conditioner never worked and they brought me a small, very bad portable air conditioner. It was a miserable night, even though I booked two rooms with a sea view. They gave me a side view on the second night. We asked the manager and he changed the room to a better one that had good air conditioning. The manager was respectful and polite and most of the workers were respectful, but the response was bad and the weather in Mersin was very humid.
