I hadn’t been out of the country in 11 years, and this hotel was more than I could have asked for. From the friendly service to the wide variety of dishes, and everything in between, we’ve enjoyed every moment of our stay. We’re already thinking about coming back in the future. Also, one thing I really appreciated was that the hotel wasn’t too big — we didn’t have to walk long distances to get around — but it also wasn’t so small that we could of seen everything in five minutes. It was the perfect size and met all our needs within a manageable space.

We are a family of 4 travelling from England. I write this review at the time of our stay and will update as we go. We are room 616, sixth floor looking into the hotels central courtyard/garden area. Not the best room, but not the worst. There are some that look out over the main road to the front of the hotel, which I wouldn’t be happy to be in. Our room is clean but a little cramped for 4 people and I am utilising chairs in the room to lay out clothes as nowhere near enough space in wardrobes. The beds in the photos online look large but they are standard doubles and therefore not huge amounts of room. It is hot, really hot!, so no big duvets, etc required, but the sheet they supply is the same size the mattress (it doesn’t over hang the mattress). One person in the bed and the cover is taken. Room service are accommodating and provided an extra two covers so each guest has their own. There is a minibar in the room and it’s replenished daily. Considering the rating of the hotel, I would expect the room to be a bit bigger and little better, but having said that, it does what we need it to do and it’s clean. The pool area is clean and tidy and the bar provides a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Cocktails are served on request and the bar staff are happy to accommodate any requests. Ice creams are available all day and there are fridges kept stocked with water. Sun beds are a premium and as usual, you get the 6 o’clock brigade reserving and not turning up until lunch time. The hotel are trying to put a stop to this there are signs stating it is not permitted and I would suggest moving other peoples towels if they are more than an hour without use. Food is usual buffet style which becomes very repetitive if here for more than a week. There is always somewhere open for food, whether it be the main restaurant, the beach bar restaurant or the pastry deli area. I’ve found the food a little bland and have made some suggestions to the hotel to help improve this. The entertainment team work tirelessly throughout the day and there are always things going on to join in with. There is a Bingo night in the main area which I didn’t like, it went on for ages and no other music, etc so just continuous numbers being called out, very boring. The entertainment team do their best but clearly have a very limited budget. The beach is pebble with good number of sun loungers. If you can’t get one at the pool, the beach is worth a look. There’s a jetty with steps into the sea, but no deck to jump from, like neighbouring hotels. This is something that could be accommodated and would urge the hotel to consider. My children just swam to neighbouring jetties and used theirs. If you want to snorkel, there are fish, but all the same species, so once you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. Visibility is also not great, so if you’re tight for space in the case, leave your snorkelling gear at home and just bring goggles. We’ve had numerous issues with the room door either not locking or won’t open and have required the engineer to sort, which is annoying and inconvenient. As per the update from management, our security issue was resolved very quickly, we have been provided extra hangers and the management, sent us a nice letter and addressed some of our concerns. 26/07/25 - It’s the end of our holiday and we’ve had a lovely time, however, I’m afraid I personally wouldn’t return to this hotel. The food is a bit bland and often repeated. On a plus, the bread and soup is delicious. The music around the pool is a repeat play list which gets boring very quickly and even has ‘We Wish You A Merry Christmas’ every afternoon. The poolside is smooth tiles and super slippy. Outside the hotel is a main road like a motorway and you can hear it even with all doors shut 24/7. This is listed as a high end resort! I’m afraid they need to up their game. I have raised the above points with the hotel and if addressed would make the experience a whole lot better. With lower expectations this hotel would be okay.

This Hotel is Not 5 Stars As a frequent traveler who often visits Antalya, I found this hotel to be far below the standard of others in the area. The same tasteless food every night, so bad that we ended up eating out despite having all-inclusive. Poor-quality drinks and a dirty pool. Small space with too many guests and very high noise levels! Choose somewhere else to spend your money.
