Beautiful hotel, I heard it is the second oldest hotel in Samarinda city. Hotel's area is so huge. The price was quite cheap as well for business trip. Lots of parts of the hotel were made from wood, giving a classic scheme, and it has an unused mini golf course. Hotel service needs to be improved, very slow response Management should assess this matter. Food was delicious, room was considered to be comfortable enough for me to rest there.
Relatively old hotel, furniture and set up is catogerized traditional style. Room wifi is slow, tv channel unavailable, bed offered is king size and having balcony outside the room. Bathroom having bathtub even for superior standard class. Big pool area for the kids
Stayed at cottage room for a night. Compared to my last visit to this hotel back in 2015, I personally like to see much improvement on cleanliness and room tidyness. Hope Mesra will improve their facilities ini the future. The food still taste good… good job.
