Your location is truly breathtaking, offering stunning views and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. A special thank you goes to your staff, who were consistently kind, attentive, and professional throughout our entire stay. You made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for from the very first moment.

We loved everything—the location, the food, the service. It was spotless and, most importantly, very kid-friendly!

By far the worst accommodation and reception service we have experienced. Photos of the room online especially the bathroom are extremely false. For a “5 star” hotel the service from the moment of check in was lacking. We should have been showed to our room rather than given lose directions on how to get to it. The day of check in we showered, for a moment of seconds only as there was water flooding the bathroom and hallway of the hotel room due to the drain in the shower not working at all. We advised reception and they informed us that maintenance will come to fix this issue. An hour later we were informed that maintenance could not attend on the day and would come first thing the next morning to fix this. (During this time we were not even offered another room to shower, so my husband and 10 month old went the day without showering). The following day around 10am I went to reception and advised that maintenance had still not been to fix the drain. They said they were waiting for us to leave so they could go in. Again there was no communication of this so that we could leave the room earlier for this to be fixed. After being out the entire day and returning from the pool, my husband and daughter showered and we discovered that the drain had not been fixed at all, water all through the hotel room and we had to use our own fresh towels to soak up the water so we did not slip. There was no communication at all that maintenance were unable to fix the issue and no one offered us another hotel room. The bathroom shower itself was extremely filthy and the shower head held on by a zip tie, silicone missing from the door frame. Upon checkout I was told that we should of let them know of the issue… we did from the second we discovered this only 2 hours from checking in. This hotel should be given 2-3 stars max not 5. Service and hotel room are absolutely horrendous. Be careful when booking here. Will not stay here ever again. I’m sure they will only pull down this review in order to keep their reputation, if that happens I will post this review again so others can be aware.
