Mesut Hotel

Had a great time staying here, location is amazing far from the airport but when you get there it’s amazing, eating while seeing the sun set was amazing. 2 members of the Staff in the front desk were rude and from my understanding racist but I didn’t let that ruin my holiday. The waiters were amazing they made me love this place because of how respectful they were and how kind they treated us. Close to the beach and a lot of shops around.

This was First and last time to this hotel, was a birthday treat. Hotel cleanish in main areas, food was below average same stuff every day. All inclusive drinks was soft drinks, gin vodka, whiskey, beer and wine cocktails was 7 euro each. Has 3 bars one open all day 10am to 11pm, pool bar closed at 7pm restaurant bar only open meal times. All drink except beer served in very small glass and never offered ice. I asked for bigger glass of coke got told no. Run out of vodka and pepsi light most days. Some staff was polite rest was rude. Website says evening entertainment and kids club, sign in hotel says entertainment Monday Wednesday Friday. Friday was a fashion show and belly dancing in the dining room while eating dinner and lasted less than 1 hour. Asked reception about other nights and got told we don't do entertainment. Free wifi in reception £55 for a week in bedroom. Every now and then you can smell rotten eggs which was the drains.

The rooms are in poor condition, not like in the photo, the water in the shower is salty. As for an all-inclusive hotel, clean, drinking water should be given to the room every day, but unfortunately they don't give it and you have to pay for all the good alcohol!!! This hotel does not deserve ****!!!!!!!
