We came to Merida for a medical procedure. The hotel is across the street from Star Medica Hospital and doctor's office. The convenience has been secondary to the comfort of our room. Hotel staff has been helpful and courteous. One drawback has been that we are unable to enjoy our balcony as there's no seating available. Otherwise we have chosen a great place for my convalescence. Update: We have since gotten chairs and have enjoyed the privacy of our balcony.
Located in a nice suburb of Merida. Not really good for tourism stuff as there are better locations closer to the centre, but great for work. The road in front is noisier than I expected. Seems that most guests here are staying because of the big private hospital in front
Decent quality for the price. Much further from the downtown area than I expected, as with traffic it’s easily 30 minutes. Room was clean and simple. Housekeeping could have been better- first day we didn’t get any shampoo. Second day they left the toilet seat up after cleaning. Friendly service. Photos look nicer than reality- the pool is very small.
