This place is beautiful, classy and the location is perfect. The owner and the young woman at the front desk are the nicest people you can imagine. The owner went way out of his way to,help me with parking my motorcycle. I’d stay here again without question. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful, wonderful, quaint and detailed Hotel with special decor. Clean and the Hotel Services and Management team are excellent! Great location to many walking sites. The Hotel representatives at the desk are helpful beyond words!! They assisted with great taxi service, drivers and recommendations. As devoted Catholics to Our Virgin of Guadalupe, having a beautiful mural of Our Lady in our Room, was a wonderful blessing. Los Antigos Boehemos music a great accompaniment to dinner. Restaurant service could be enhanced.

I'll start by saying I stay at boutique hotels because I believe it's very important to support small & local businesses. So here are just the facts that I wish I had before booking this trip. WATER: The bathroom did not flush on several occasions so my poop was floating for hours. On one night, the shower completely stopped as I was getting ready for dinner. I had to step out of my room wrapped in only a towel with dinner guests seeing me naked and covered in soap, totally humiliated, to tell the worker what had happened. SECURITY: There is no modern locking system. You are given a 12 inch key from Lord of the Rings, and the mechanism takes several minutes to figure out, if you can even get it locked. And what are you supposed to do with a 12 inch key? Pocket it?? The worker tells you to hang it on the door and he will watch the door. What is the point of locking your door if the key is hanging on the door?! And I am supposed to trust someone I have never met to protect my belongings and cash? I will post a video of what it's like to lock this door. LOCATION: Very safe & beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to everything in the historic center. If you go to sleep before midnight, you will be awake listening to the clubs in the neighborhood blasting music. DECOR: This hotel is very charming. If you are tall, the short Hobbit style doors might be inconvenient for you.
