The room was wonderful, the people were so friendly and kind. I slept better then I had in weeks. Check out was 12noon and check in was at 3pm which made both much less anxious. Within walking distance to so much to see and do. fabulous trip. Will stay there again and again.
I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at E - Central after looking at the rest of L.A. I didn’t know what to expect because you know how it is. The pics always look better than the actual place, but this place looked like the pics. It was a nice room. We prefer no carpet on the floor though. (I saw a suite while the cleaning crew was cleaning and it didn’t have carpet NICE The shower was a bit odd. It didn’t have a door and the shower head was detachable but the water pressure was fine and it stayed hot even through my long showers. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. THEY CLEANED DAILY. YAY! The valet crew was wonderful. They gave us plenty of water also from the front desk I enjoyed the fitness and yoga rooms. The channels turned quickly using the remote which was refreshing. Be prepared, however, to pay $60 every night for parking because there are no over night parking spots around. Also be prepared to pay an EXTRA $35 per night for fees. It was a rude awakening to find that out when we arrived because they do not specify any of that in their emails prior to coming.
🙄 I had no idea other customers were not getting their deposits back as well up until a month later. Beware of hidden fees, taxes, ext. Ask questions because the information will not be willingly given to you. Just a heads up. Also a crazy man followed me into the lobby and was harassing everyone who walked by. The residence inn around the corner is way better. Cleaner, nicer, more secure and the doors lock after a certain time at the residence inn which made me feel safe. You live and you learn 🤷🏻♀️.
