It's a new apartment hotel. Clean and big room. Very nice view. Friendly staff. Parking is a challenge ( only on the street 1 ₾ / h through application) and difficult to find. The breakfast is very nice. The SPA is very good and partially free.

I recently stayed at your property and, while I didn’t have high expectations due to the reviews, I was still shocked by the overall poor experience and lack of basic service. From the very beginning, the welcome was cold and careless. I stood at the reception desk for several minutes before anyone appeared. When someone finally did, they told me my room wasn’t ready—without even checking my name. No greeting, no courtesy, no effort. It was a terrible first impression. Please reconsider advertising a 24/7 reception service when, in reality, there are long periods where no one is available at the front desk. Throughout the stay, the issues kept piling up: • Room keys stopped working on some days • Air conditioning and lights turned off randomly • Bugs in the room were never cleared—even during turndown service • Drainage problems lasted for two days • One day, there was no hot water at all On our final night, although I was relieved to finally have proper drainage, the bathroom’s glass door allowed water to leak out across the entire floor, making it unsafe and frustrating after a long day. In addition to the service and maintenance issues: • The floors had visible stains, making the environment feel unclean • The emergency evacuation map was poorly glued and fell off in the middle of the night, which startled me while I was sleeping—another serious safety concern Honestly, it felt like every day brought a new problem. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else—from service to cleanliness and infrastructure—requires serious attention and improvement. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes so that future guests do not have to go through the same experience.

The room is nice and size is good, the view is amazing and the area is very nice but the hotel have a big problem with the insects, we stayed for 4 nights and every night there is a insects comes from anywhere even under the bed, bedroom, bathroom leaving room and the balcony you will find some, I have mentioned this issue before to the reception team but nothing was done
