Positives - the beds were extremely comfortable if you like soft beds. The shower was great, and the air conditioner worked fantastic. The location was right across from the Peel Metro station which was super helpful. The hotel is smaller so there were never lineups for the elevator or front desk. Staff were friendly and the small pool was clear and great for an evening dip (closed at 11) Negatives- the restaurant and bar in the hotel are closed down. The room had an Nespresso machine with only 2 coffee pods. Bottled water was offered on our first night but not again. The housekeeping service wasn’t the best. We were here for 6 nights and I am not sure they vaccumed at all and we did run out of toilet paper. At this decent price point I have given our stay a 4/5.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the rooms were very clean, AC is nice, however this place is not worth the price. You are clearly paying for the location itself more than anything. Keep in mind that we stayed in the "luxury king with fireplace" room. No microwave so I had to throw away food every time we ate. Totally unacceptable when motel 6 has both a fridge and a microwave in their rooms. This is by far my biggest issue with the room. Just a cheap $60 microwave would have been fine. Rooms over $200 a night should not lack such a basic essential. The breakfast was an extra $20 each which is insane and it was cold. There is no privacy in the bathroom due to the weird design of wooden sliding doors that separate the room and bathroom so you will hear (and smell) everything anytime someone uses it. The tvs are pretty dated no way to mirror your devices and only have basic cable. The elevator is very frustrating. It is constantly bouncing between floors instead of utilizing both sides efficiency it seems. You get picked up on your floor which can be 4 away from the lobby, and it will instead go all the way up to the top and pick someone up, then slowly go back down and stop for multiple floors on the way instead of just dropping you off in the lobby before starting from the top again. Beds were comfortable and clean no issues there. Overall I couldn't justify paying this amount here ever again.

I stayed at this hotel on July 26 and checked out the following day. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Shortly after checking in, I stepped into the bathroom and cut the sole of my foot on a sharp piece of glass that had clearly been missed during cleaning. When I reported the incident to the front desk, the staff showed little concern and offered me a complimentary breakfast, which I didn’t even use. There was no genuine apology or effort to properly address the situation. To add to the disappointment, the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working either, the TV is old (not a smart TV) with basic cable, and the washrooms are extremely not private if you're staying with someone by the way. Accidents can happen, but the way they’re handled matters—and in this case, the lack of care or responsibility shown by staff was unacceptable. I hope management takes cleanliness and guest safety more seriously moving forward.
